Can i wear rubber baseball cleats for lax? i'm starting a camp tomorrow.

As long as they're rubber, it's fine. I remember refs used to check cleats to make sure they weren't metal. Safety reasons, you know.

You can wear whatever you want. As long as its not metal. I'd recommend football cleats though.

i wore tennis shoes for like the 1st 4 games before i got cleats the coaches dont care as long as your doing what needs to be done

I wear soccer cleats... that said, if you're buying, get football/lacrosse cleats because they'll support your ankle. If you get taken down in soccer cleats, don't expect your shoes to protect you.

You deffently get football or rugby cleats they work best in my opinion, lyk the nike speeds they're good for lacrosse

The kind of cleats can depend on your type of play and if you get your ankles taped or not.

I used to wear the Brine Blurs untill I outgrew them, now I wear the Warrior Burns. They are both good cleats.

I beg to differ, every coach I have ever had has made it PAINFULLY clear that cleats are necesary.
