New Warrior Arm Pads

What do you all think of those new Warrior Neoprene defender arm pads. My brother plays D and I was thinkin' of getting those for him.

They dont suck for the posistion they are designated for.

If your bother is a defensemen who does not take many hits and would benefit from less protection because he is not checked much then these armpads are perfect for him, though they are not for everyone. If his playing style/posistion does not require a lot of protection--go for it.

Ok, i hear a lot about their sucking capabilities, why are they so bad?

they really dont protect you. Its basically so you can get away with as little protection as legal. they dont restrict movement liek other pads
