Hey everyone, there is going to be a Lacrosse clinic for beginners and more advanced players in Greenville, South Carolina. It's gonna be takin place this Saturday(October 1st) from 8:30 to like around 3ish at J L Mann Highschool...The cost is 50 bucks and you get some **** like a ball and practice jersey and whatever...but here are the instructors:
Instructors
Rich Thomas: Has been involved with lacrosse for 45 years. He attended Pingry School in Hillside, NJ where he played goalie; twice named All Tri-State Conference first team. He then went on to play at Princeton where he switched to defense and lettered as a sophomore. Rich is the President of the South Carolina Lacrosse League.
John Grubb: All American Defensemen at Towson University; member of All-South Atlantic Lacrosse Team; currently Head Coach at North Hartford HS (Maryland); Lacrosse Coach of the Year 78, 80, 83, 87, 90, 91, 99; Head Coach of 1985 All South HS All Star Team; Dir. For MD Lacrosse Coaches’ Association.
Frank Mezzanotte: All American Defensemen Towson University; 2- time member of All-South Atlantic Lacrosse Team; Head Coach Edgewood HS (Maryland), State Champions 84-85, 89; former Head Coach Baltimore Tribe Pro Lacrosse Team ; former Head Coach Harford Community College (MD); College Coach of the Year 1994.
Buff Grubb: Former Attackman, Rutgers University; Head Coach Wake Forest University; Coach of the Year 94, 99; President Southeastern Lacrosse Camp; Head Coach Clemson University Men’s Lacrosse
Bruce Hart: Goalie for Scholoastic Association Chamionship; Bel Air HS Lacrosse Coach (MD) 3 time Coach of the Year; Man of the Year U.S. Lacrosse Coaches Association; 19 years as goalie coach for the Harford Lacrosse Camp.
Tim Valentine: Born and raised in Greenville, South Carolina. He played in the GFL in Ansbach, West Germany for 3 years. In 2001, Tim became the Varsity Girls’ basketball assistant coach at Hillcrest High School. He’s also the head coach of the South Carolina Lady Flames.

Also there will be some Clemson college players there.... Registration starts at 8:30AM and you need a registration sheet, just PM me or reply if you want more information and the registration sheets. I think the age group is from like 7 to 19. It is guys and girls, there are girls instructors as well...So just reply or PM if interested

yea i dont know about this year tho i hope they made some improvements which they should have b/c lax is growing fast in gville but the last year it was a waste of money

hah yeah i guess...but then again last year was my first time playing ever so it was good...but this year its supposed to have "beginner" and "advanced" stuff...like we split up into people that havent played before and those that have
