Ok now, have you ever had an idol ? Have you ever had a hero ? They have someone to look up to who they like. I am sure I am not the only one who will say this. but when you look up to someone you emulate them. I honestly i have quite a bit of animosity towards the people that are always saying, " Oh you Mikey Powell Poser." So if someone were to like Ryan Boyle and they have an orange Klyte/Razer would that make then a Ryan Boyle Poser ? I most certainly think not. Ok although those are everyday sticks and equipment people still buy it, and people still buy the Mikely Powell stuff. Enough is enough, there is no need to make fun of people for looking up to someone or even if they are family. You should learn to respect other people's opinions.

I do agree there have been way to many threads about MP and posers and his stick it seems he could rank in the top 25 talked about on TLF if not top 10. Funny thing is, sometimes the Walmart "fake" is actually made at the same Chinese sweatshop as the designer original. Name doesn't always equal quality!

When I was 10, I had the WHOLE Air Jordan outfit--tracksuit, wristband, shoes, headband, cap, etc...

I probably pulled it off a little better than those kids, though.
And I DID get a lot of compliments from older people.
I guess it was different with MJ, though...
