Unfortunately the long term side effects are not very well known at this point so with that mystery, the risks outweigh the possible benefits, in my opinion.

Hydroxycut is used to boost your metabolism for the end result of quicker fat loss. I'm sure it works for some people.

i believe it is an alternative to the now illegal ephedra.
I hear that this is now under tests by the FDA to try to make it illegal too.

There are many better choices than Hydroxycut. If you want to lose weight or get 'cut' stick to a structured eating plan and cardio.
I would only recommend a multi and whey as good supplements to take, but thats me.
