AIM Program

I found this program for aim a couple weeks ago that showed people on your buddylist even when the eye thing on their comp was closed. For some reason the site wasnt letting anybody download it until they registered so I tried to register but never got a confirmation email, and I havent been able to find the site again.

Does anyone know the name of this program? and could post a link

Hmm...i go to a place www.aimfilez.com you dont need to register to download anything, and there are a couple of cool programs there that are free to download..

I use:

BuddyKill
GhostTools
And
AimExpansion

Aim Expansion is cool, of course you need a little bit of setup before it runs, but thats just chaning ur aim to run on proxy's instead of the aim server, and you can change that back at any time you want.

And BTW...if you just check their info, you can still see their info when their eye is closed...

Its a pretty cool program, when people are using things like Aim+ or deadaim to clone you can kick them off aim...you can log in invisible, mobile, log conversations, change information like password, and e-mail, and change fonts and stuff like that...

I know about checking their info but this program supposedly let you just see their sn as it would appear normally.

Yea...theres an option on aimexpansion that does that, its kinda tempermental though, it works like half the time..

aimutation (another AiM change program) allows you to view people that are hidden aswell.

I use GAIM its a form of aim that is upgraded and modeled after iChat (the aim of imac computers) you can put in alias's instead of there screennames and if somebody is using GAIM or and iMac then you can even see what song there listening to.

i get alot of movies and games there

I use trillian, it's great. Fantastic, even. Not nearly as annoying as AIM and you don't have to download freaking plugins to get rid of the ads(which i'm sure is against their ToS anyway).

Gaim is just built off the libgaim foundation of the program that was originally written for linux.

Adium is a great Mac multi client, and based off Libgaim as well.
