na we dont wanna be posers lol. our tea mname is "Kaos" i guess it is some sik C.O.D. team name, but they spell it with a Ch, so my team is cooler

1)Try to catch as many balls as you can to get teammates back in.
2)Aim low.
3)If a ball is coming at you that you can't catch, tip it into the air so that it becomes an easy catch for you or your teammate.
4)Have fun!!!

Dodgeball being my second favourite sport (Lacrosse being the first of course) is one of the most faced paced games ever. Always keep your head up, and never look away from the other team. Other than that just put your game face on and get intense.

my school used to have a dodgeball tourney (not sure if they still do), but one tourney one kid dislocated his shoulder and the other got a broken nose lol...i go to a very intense school...so now we hav indian pin tournemants and knock hockey

keep your head on a swivle and dont focus on one opponent for too long look at all every other second and aim for the legs so they cant catch them.

go for their key player right off the start. we had a tourny at our school and our team won because of how we would just go after their better players off the start. usually the team falls alot faster... and aim for the face or legs

ok here's what i have learned from my extensive dodgeball experience: #1) if the other team are using racial slurs towards you and you're white, juts turn the other cheek and don't say anything back i learned that the hard way. aim low, catch as many as you can but don't try to catch ones that you won't be able to catch. stay on you're toes the whole time. be attentive and make sure you know where all the balls are at all times and just have fun

dodgeball was outlawed at my school after there was a fight between a few kids over someone throwing at the back of another kids head while he was out. one kid had his jaw broken and the parents threatned to sue, so te school said there would be no more db....... it really sucks having half my town being lawyers.

Dodgeball! I loooooooooooooooooooooooooooved dodgeball when I was in middle school.
Just remember that ducking isn't the only way to dodge, you can jump, and slide along the floor.

If there is a dodgeball all-star team, I'd be the captain.

Fake with your head and shoulders going left, then make them go right. thats the time to throw the ball. And when you get intense, get really intense. Im talking about REALLY intense. So intense that if you had to, you'd rip your shirt open hulk style, and throw a ball at your own girlfriend.

has anyone ever seen the competetive dodgeball league on the game show network, its so rediculously lame that its entertaining. guys do like spins on the ground to dodge the ball.

i remember my friend telling me about his school banned dodgeball and so in the school newspaper they had a cartoon with a huge football player and a huge lacrosse player and a little kid with a dodgeball

The actual dodgeball leagues on tv are incredibly awesome. Anybody who plays dodgeball for money is my hero.

My PE class just had a huge dodgeball game against the other period 2 class. It was so fun. I would seriously play dodgeball if they had a league for highschoolers in my area. I love how some of the ball's curve when you throw them and make a huge thud when you hit the wall! Makes you feel like a fast thrower. Just pick a few people you don't liek and have fun. Remember to go HEADSHOT (halo voice) when you nail someone on the noggin'.

Ran a dodgeball tourney last year at the camp I used to work at, my team was called O'Doyle Rules!.

My tips for recruitment, get at least one baseball catcher, pitcher, and soccer goalie. You'll winf up with two guys who will catch everything thrown at them and one guy with good arm and decent accuracy. (I had two pitchers, both with DIII exp) but we lost to the team that had all catchers who won the tourney. Fun times, though difficult to run it and play at the same time, especially when rules came into play...

My school is having a dodgeball tourny for huricane Katrina. I was wondering if ne one had tips because i really want to win for some reason. I am actually making uniforms with spray paint and white T's.

crazy, my schools having one too, i dno what its for but its gunna be tight, i just gotta get my team together...

no this is the first time it has happened before somthing good.
it sux cuz it wasnt real football, and we wernt playin football either, thats just wat i told my mom. we were actually fake ufc fighting and he bodyslammed me while my foot was caught on the ground so it folded. ugh it was gross

lmao my school is having one next week for the yearbook people (yah know the people who make the yearbook) my team is dressing up like superheros haha im the hulk cause im awesome. man that sucks you broke your foot though.
