I was checking out insidelacrosse.com's section on the preseason All Americans, and if you guys have seen it, you should look again at the Juniors that are playing this year...aside from the 5 monsters at Attack (Christmas, barrie, yevoli, greenhalgh from cornell and prossner from unc), and Kyle harrison, there is almost no awesome player...like jmplax said, this year is the year of the dpole, last year was yr of the middie, and nxt year is def year of the attack...but there arent alot of awesome players at any other position in 2005 (aside from Kyle Harrison)...this draft is gonna be stacked (2004), but next years...looks good for any team that needs an attack, but thats just about it!

Hey, just thought of one. Pfeifer, the cuse goalie. He has been the starter since freshman year, when he helped them win the championship.......AS A FRESHMAN!!!

yeah, then he got wrecked 'cause of his sucky defense. pfeifer is really no good without his d-men, which means he kinda sucks with 1-on-1's...

SU usually has good defense. Last year was a rebuilding year.

they were 10-6. two more losses would've been a neutral season. that's too close for syracuse. it's usually 14-2 or something.

syracuse is ranked 3rd in the country, and although its preseason, im sure theyre gonna have a better year than last year...oh and jmplax, i remembered one junior goalie thats better than pfeifer...goldstein, from dartmouth...id say hes better...he was a second team all american

if you ask me, when he ran the ball up at the dome, he ran out of bounds.

SU lost so many guys before last year that Powell was the only good experienced player.

yeah, i did. he held off su in the 2002 semis until 2 OT, but tom hardy got the best of him with the finalizer. http://www.e-lacrosse.com/2002/d1sem/s8whb.gif
that was an example of when he would guess the shot and lose focus. that's why he wasn't really too well know.

yeah...i think the first four picks in next years draft will all be attacks...its going to go: Johnny Christmas, Kyle Barrie, Joe Yevoli, Jed Prossner...and then Kyle Harrison...its gonna be a good draft for anyone that needs an attackman...but otherwise...not lookin so good
