Does anyone know if there is a rule against broken strings and where are some sites that have instruction on how too dye and string your head.

what do you mean by broken strings ? lik a broken sidewall string or something ?

I doubt it's illegal but probably impractical considering the ball might fall out of a hole in the sidewall of the string was broken. And if you are looking for places to learn to string and dye head right on over to "the stick doctors lounge" forum and check out the tutorial list. Also look at the Dyeing Demystified article on E-lacrosse for the basics of dyeing and to Brent 'Livinforlax09' Doscher's tutorials on LaxNation for some of the finer points of dyeing.
