Well if you want a direct answer, I use one on my Finalizer as my game stick, it is a tad heavy but is beastly strong. I would get the Monster though for 2006; it's a Box shaft plus 40 grams more of graphite!

welcome to TLF, next time search though. Harrow Box's are good, but i would also say wait for a monster or get a mohawk Ti

If you add 40 grams to a Harrow box, you're at a full 10 ounces.
I'm not really one to ***** about a couple of lousy ounces, but:
Why pay top dollar for a shaft that's not any lighter or any stronger than some of the tougher mid-priced metal ones?
My thoughts are that if you don't mind that much weight, just get the Mohawk Ti. It costs half as much, lasts twice as long, and is perfect for cracking skulls. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a bit lighter than the monster as well.

I don't know if anything has changed but, a while ago I was looking into harrow shafts and everyone sayed that they were really stong and could handle any crosscheck but they snapped pretty easily on stick checks. That's why I didn't get one. I'm not about to pay that much money for something that wont last everything I can put it through.

people buy the heavy/ durable sticks so they can basically just hurt people. i couldnt imagine taking a hard check with one of those new monsters. youd probably get your arm ripped off.

i think thats more for the Ibeam, the tapered one, than the straight ones. My dpole gets stick checked all the time and it hasnt broken...

The Monster is probably stronger than a Ti and it would rip arms off when you hit someone as someone said. seriously i like the monster better than the mohawk ti the monster has grip is just as or if not stronger and it is heavyer for harder hits

www.probosslacrosse.com .
They're $75 Canadian in the store, don't know about web orders or shipping.
I'm not the biggest fan of Pro Boss and suggest trying to buy direct through Mohawk if they'll deal with you ( www.mohawkintlacrosse.com ) .
Shameless Plug:
Mohawk is the best stickmaker, bar none! I've bought direct from them twice and look at this:
-Ti shaft for $50 Cdn.
-Strung Mach 1 head for $65 Cdn (Unstrung heads sold for $55!).
-NO TAX!!!!!!! It's a Native owned company, and they really don't concern themselves with silly things like collecting taxes for Whitey. ( God bless 'em! )

I just found my next shaft. A $56 titanium?!?! Does it get any better than this?
