this should probably be in another field, and i probably could search for it and i don't wanna hear any crap about "o yea, use the search button", but wotver. anyways, wot is the rule on elbow pads for high school player..i mean do we even have to wear them? If so, wot elbow pads are smaller in size, yet good in quality and flexibility? I seem to have a problem with my elbow pads, which are the 5.0 guard by warrior, seem to cause me muscular pain and almost weakness in my forearms. Are the 6.0 pad by warrior good. I guess I need more of a pad than a guard.

I'm pretty sure you don't have to wear them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong but i would definately wear them for protecttion. It would hurt like hell if you got checked on the arm....

you probably want to wear them unless you want to break your elbow. if you really want something that wont restrict much movement and won't constrict your arms, have a look at the debeer flares elbow pad or brine suppercrosse elbow pad.

rule 1, section 22, page 20 in the 04 rulebook.
"All players except the designated goalkeeper shall wear shoulder pads and

i have the stx exo barrel arm guard and it is awesome, it is not bulky at all, and has great protection, i would recomend it to you if you choose to get something that is designed a little more towards protection
