Hey, i can get these fairly cheap, would they hold up in box and have enough protection. I am a forward and i always get cross checks right in my bicep area. Will these be able to protect me? If not, i think ill get brine ventilator x's. Thanks

if they were made for feild than they will probably work for box. just check the lax.com ratings. they usually know what there doin on the ratings.

any arm pad will work in box. if you want good protection get some real box pads. its like a suit of armor.

or just normal field ones cause if u can get these ones id suggest them because friends with them have said that they are good.
EDIT: Crap my bad i thought u had put MPG ones not MLL but yea if u can get these theyre good and u can take the plastic off so theyre less bulky if ur playing field

the only thing really significantly good about them is the extra little pad on the inside of your elbow. You should only need big pieces of plastic on your biceps.
