just wondering which one... input would be great
i mean i want to do indoor to get in shape for lax.... but then again idk whos doing it and i want to do ski team because i love to ski and dont really get out that often and get discounted tickets

Ski team if theres good hills and possible mountains plus running with out hitting sucks

Do which ever one you LOVE more. While I agree that getting in shape for lax early is good, and will also make you a healthier person, if you like skiing then I would go with that. Besides those roads outside your house wont disappear so you can always run in your free time.

yeah, skiing no competition. You'll get plenty of running next lacrosse season. Ski while theres snow!!

if you do do the ski team, make sure you dont start cradeling the ski poles!

skiing is pretty good for leg muscle training, although im a boarder i would think it goes both ways. i guess it depends on how often the ski team goes to the mountains. if its only once every one or two weeks track might be the better option. is your lax training pretty intense to the point that you can still get in shape even from not running track?

If you want massive leg workouts and skiing fun dont use the lifts walk up the friggen mountain and ski hills

Ski team. Don't run unless you really love to do it. Just be careful not to get hurt while skiing.

Yea thats what I would do. I also love to ski but our school doesnt have a ski team. Thats why im doing winter track. If I were you just do ski team and then just run sometimes after school. Go out for like 3 or 4 miles. It really helps your endurance. I also ran xc this fall and it really does help your endurance soooooooooooooooooo much
