MLK JR. Day i gots to respect my homies, but in all seriousness i really like that holiday he is one of my idols and he was such a great person who did so many great things for the whole world if i was alive back then i would march with him every chance i got. I also respect him for never giving in and always beliving in what he thought was right. i know i do like chanukah but the most meaningful holiday to me is MLK JR. day.

Tie between Channukah and Thanksgiving.

Channukah because it was the gift giving Holiday I was raised on, and back when I gave a hoot, I was king of m&m dreidel gambling in sunday/hebrew school. Plus if your playing with someone whose neverplayed/heard of it, you can make up the rules to you advantage if need be. However, Channukah generally being close to my B-day means I would get jipped out on certain gifts whether as a plan to consolidate the big gift or Xmas Shopping Soccer Moms raided the stores on Black Friday for what I really wanted leaving me high and dry...

Thanksgiving is #1 in my book. 1) Non denomination and spans every culture. Everyone has their own traditions and adds something new but it all comes back to 2) The Feast! This is the holiday the the USA is all about: Massive Excess and the Consequences be hogtide and thrown out the door. It's the one day of the year you can tell diets to take a hike, and in some cases get paid to stuff yourself silly on food and booze in front of football (John Madden excluded). Although the lead in to Black Friday is my least favorite aspect.
