I would just get alot of extra rest after and try not to work out to your full potential just go at 75% and get alot of rest I am doing that right now.

Make sure you're drinking at least 6-10 cups of WATER a day, you will feel less tired. I'm not so sure if you should be working out though, it matter what you have... Obviously if you feel like your muscles are drained you shouldn't do anything too strenuous, but i find it helpful to take walks around the neighborhood when I've got a nasty flu to keep my blood flowing.

I've lifted while having a cold. If your getting over it take it light. Drink water, eat food, that usually gets me better in a jiffy.

i would rest until your 100% but thats just me just drink orange juice and eat healthy until the sickness passes
Do like maybe one set of 10 reps for each excercise rather than your usual amount (unless that's your usual amount)

Why not? Other people get sick and might be curious and do a search?
Working out while you're sick will actually give your immune system a slight boost and may even help you get better sooner. There really isn't a problem with working out while being sick as long as you're eating and drinking enough and whatever it is you're sick with isn't physically keeping you from getting to the gym (vomitting, fever, etc). A lot of the concern over working out while sick is the fact that you're leaving your germs on all the equipment, benches, weights etc for anyone else after you. Some gyms have policies that do not allow people that are visibly sick to workout for this fact. So, while there isn't really a problem with working out while being sick, you should take a second and consider the other people in the gym. If you're in the weight room at your school, you could potentially be spreading your cold or whatever to the rest of your teammates. I don't think your coach would appreciate that.
