I understand the jogging and accelerating part, but it says repeat 4 times, now when your done the first set(3-15) do you immediatly start your 2nd set? or take a quick break than do the next set?

I think you take a quick break... not sure though... normally you're supposed to break between sets of anything, so I'd assume it's the same....

Maybe someone else knows for sure.

yeah at any work out you should rest like 30 secs to a minute atmost between sets
