ok, so i don't even play this sports, im actually a college pole vaulter. but i'm also an athletic training major and i have a paper to write for kinesiology, which has to be over 20 pages, and mine has to be on lacrosse. unfortunately for me i don't kno anything about the sport and my school doesn't even have it so i don't kno any people who play it. so i was wondering if i could get a lil help from people who kno what they're talking about. i have a lot of it done now, but part of my paper is on training and conditioning drills for pre-season, in-season, and off-season (i could tell u all kinds of drills that i do for track, but i don't kno which ones, if any apply to lacrosse). i would really appreciate any help. thanx

Basically a good lacrosse player will be working with his stick everyday...playing catch on the wall, shooting on the goal.
As far as the athletic part of it goes...we're not much different from football. Conditioning, Lifting, Intervals, etc.
