Does anyone know how to make their protein shakes extra creamy? I just put the powder, milk, ice, and chocolate syrup in a blender and let it rip, but its not that creamy, a lot of small tiny chunks of ice. Thanks!

Why do you want it extra creamy? I guess you could mix it in with ice cream but, thats just extra sugar and crap you dont need.

i would sugjest more powder to liquid ratio, and/or a slower blending speed.

yah dont use ice. what i do is freeze bananas and put them in my shakes. It makes it test better, its smoother, and bananas are probably good for you. give it a try.

Not trying to be a jerk, but just down it with water or if needed milk. Why add extra sugar to your diet?
