I'm new to this forum and Lacrosse, so i got a couple questions..
#1 A lot of people are telling me unscrewing my head and screwing it back on to put other heads on or to clean it damages the shaft and to just keep the same head on without messing with it, is this true? #2 What would be the best way to clean the head (my head has been dirty for awhile) Would i just put it in some water and call it good or...? Well thanks for the answers in advance

just take a wet wash cloth and wipe off some of the dirt
looks almost as good as new

#1 is a crock, no it doesn't weaken the shaft unless you do it 5 million times, you'll be fine if you want to interchange heads/shafts. For #2 I agree with OH, just get a wet paper towel and scrub it a little, you don't want to submerge the whole head in water since it will affect the pocket (you can wet the pocket for effect, but for now you don't want to bother with that). Hey, I say let it get dirty, It looks better that way, if you dant have chips in your stick or dirt on the head, your not playin hard enough :-D
