i can do almost every dodge when im like jogging but with the split dodge if im running i cant seem to keep the ball in the stick. with the roll dodge i can half the time keep it in. anyone have any way to improve this and just my stick handling skills at all. any help is appreciated

just play more lacrosse. more wallball, more cradling, and mayb ur not doing it right?

The answer to this is practice. "Practice makes perfect". Most people think there is always a easier way to get better but the only real way is to practice as much as possible. Sometimes I carry a mini-stick around or a guru around in my house practicing fakes and just cradling. Even just doing that can help. What one of my friends does is when he goes on a jog he cradles his lacrosse stick just to get his cradling more and more natural.

nobodies perfect so practice actually makes permanent. considering your muscles get used to the movement as does you mind. you get comfortable and it is then a permanent dodge that you will always be able to use.

is it worth getting a guru-like does it help with fakes cz i really want to improve my fakes.

When I roll dodge I used to keep the butt-end hanging out.
A mate told me to hold the butt-end into the top of my knee, so it cant move.
Just Pratise it in front of the mirror, or infront of a big window.

focus more on the actual dodge then going fast thats what wheelax suggested to me and it seems to work
