i need to get sum meat on me ...

how can i gain 10 or more pounds... lol

Lift, eat well, lots of protien, getting 10 pounds of muscle is very difficult

Protien, and lifting. IF you really want to get mass get the protien drinks and powders. If you use them make sure you work out because if you dont all that turns into fat

try creatine if you really want to it will help you get bigger a lot faster.

dont do creatine... no one really knows what kind of effects it can have on your body down the road. bulk doesnt equate to strength necessarily. start lifting, eating healthy, and youll become stronger... if not heavier right away. look at the bright side, if you stay relatively small, people wont be expecting to get walloped by you.

work out. in my opinion if you need suplements do get strong then you're not in the right sport

i agree completely agree with smitt, if u have to use supplements to get more strength, this isnt rite. anyway eat healthy and go to the weight room

make a schedule that can makes you workout different partts of the body daily. like upper body on mondays and lower body tuesdays, etc.

Man, just eat a lot and run a lot. When you work out concentrate on the muscles you use for lacrosse. You don't really want to be some big mammoth with huge muscles, it will just slow you down. Concentrate on leg muscles too.

depends on if you just want weight or muscle
weight just eat a ton, unhealthy foods. no more vegetables of fruit. just junk food.
muscle, a bit different you got got to lift. and increase your protien and the left again.

How old are you? That has somewhat of an impact on the types of things people will recommend i.e. free weights vs. resistance training. Also knowing if you've ever lifted before woul dbe useful.

Protein powder can last for ages if you get a big container. Creatine is crap and I wouldn't recommend using it. I have a membership with a health store so I get 10% off anything I buy there. That sort of thing helps. Or if you know someone who works at a health food store even better. My brother's friend can get us 40% off at the one she works at.

You'll want lean meats. Turkey, chicken breast, tuna and salmon are great choices. Try to avoid a ton of red meat but it's laden with protein. www.nutritiondata.com is a pretty great website, it will narrow down food choices based on a variety of criteria so you could give that a shot.
