Alright, rather than be a prick and criticize, i'll help you out a bit man, check out http://www.cristan.com this guys site has a bunch of clips under his lacrosse section from NLL guys doing promos for rudeboyslacrosse.com, it's old stuff, and simple, but it's one I know of, also, download casey powell 360 lacrosse commercial of kazaa, it ran during MLL games years back, that is pretty sweet too....

Blckout20 definetly has it right, back at ala ppl that had under like 100 or 150 couldnt make threads. 50 is a good number, it would cut down on all those crappy threads.

i was playing one on one and i suckered a kid in and threw my stick threw his legs and wen he turned around went over the rainbow over his head. He wasn't to good but it was nice i'm always trying stuff like that in pick up games.

i have tried perfecting a split dodge passing the stick through your legs and banging a roll dodge at the end, i almost had it down but now i am playing d and it is a lot harder with the big stick.

i have seen some nasty split dodges that have broken ankles, similar to and1 crosseovers though

there was a freshman on the varsity team last year. well needless to say, he was nasty. he was flashy. so he gets up in front of the net, throws the ball up in the air, then hits it with the butt of the shaft. he scored. he had someother nasty goals, he did a backbreaker through a poles legs.
