im new at lacrosse and ive heard alot of people talking about cradling. are there and tips on cradling online in video form so i can see how to do it? thank you

swarch the threads. i noe ur new and all, but use the search bar.

Basically, its a top hand motion. u keep ur bottom hand still as a rock, but loose enough so the stick twists freely. with ur top hand, move ur stick across ur body (its a lot of wrist action). then practise running doing that...hard huh? now cradle sideways-so the stick is near horizontal.

u might find that a bit easier.

just imitate lacrosse players that have been playing for awhile and imitate them

its hard at first but if u work at it itl become alot easier

It's basically like curling (wieght lifting) except you bend your wrist while doing it and keep your bottom hand stiff,but loose.
