really really heavy shafts works all around for everything so i would say use that

get the warrior training shaft or save the money and put sand in ur shaft

Aside from a weighted shaft, which is good. Try these.

Weighted lunges (leg stability), Wrist curls(wrist strength), Upright rows, Bent over rows, bicep curls tricep extensions.

what are the upright and bent over rows?? like a rowing machine

No rowing machine - do them with a barbell. Pics are a little large, not sure how to resize them.
