It is probably nothing to worry about, but my quadricep more specifically my vastus intermedius twitches at various times through the day. It is not a spasm, but I can feel the muscle fibers fire. This has been going on for 2 to 3 days now, and it is weirding me out. I was told that a muscle twitches when there is too much of or a lack of potassium, sodium, and or calcium. I would like it to stop, does anyone have any insight to this "problem"?
Thanks.

Yea, I think it's normal. I'm sure at least 80% of the TLFers have this too. It's perfectly normal, if you feel it's out of control ask your doctor, but i know what you are talking about i get the same exact thing. It kinda feels good. lol.
