Hey im not sure what section to put this in, so since there gloves id try here. I have a deal goin with some1 from Winnipeg, Canada, which i think is above like Michigan. I am from Buffalo, NY, and were trading gloves. We are prolly going to use UPS (I dont think USPS delivers to Canada) but am i going to expect a high shipping rate, and how long will it take usually? I am going to have to be going through a bunch of junk to send it, has anyone shipped there before. Thanks a ton

If at all possible, DO NOT SHIP UPS. They rip you off with "brokerage fees". This is a very common complaint with UPS. It is not unusual to hear 50, 60, 70+ dollars in fees plus your taxes and duty.
Ship via USPS (they hand it off to Canada Post at the border). The brokerage fee is only $5 flat rate for any article (you'll still pay tax and duty). You may not get a shipping number to track and it may take a few extra days, but I have never had a problem with a lost or damaged package. It'll be cheaper too.
If you are shipping to Canada, do the guy a favor and fill out the card indicating that they are a gift OR less than $20 value. That way they come through with no tax/fees.

Alrighty, thats what i was planning on doing was shipping USPS bc im familiar
cause we use the zip code and is the r2y 2k2 a zip code that i like put on the address label. Also should i let that dude ship UPS to me, and me ship USPS? Were tradin my superfreaks for his mac daddys and not sure what to do since im familiar shipping within the US to us people (no offense in any of this) I was shocked when i went to the ups site and did a test to see how much shippin would be n it was like $74 so i thought i was wrong. Also, how long does it usually take for u to get ur packages from the US and vice versa.

Winnipeg is above like the border of Minnesota and North Dakota. And i would do the same thing that KnightsLaxDad said cause ive heard that stuff about UPS too.

Suggest you see if you can use USPS to send a registered parcel.
It'll cost more, but at least you'll know for sure it got where it was supposed to.
One other option is for you to get across the border to like a UPS depot on the Canadian side and ship it from there.
