That's hard to answer, due to the fact that so many different colleges are sponsored by different companies.

college seems to be lots and lots of stx. X2, proton. also seen edges, and razers. Virginia is gait, but most of the people,on virginia use warrior heads.

mll its either revo pro, evo pro, or razer.

I'd say for college probly razors because even if the team is not a warrior team you seem to see a few players with them. And the edge and proton of coarse. For the MLL its the razor or finalizer.

teams may be sponsered by companies but joe walters an bill mcglone who play for maryland both used razers last year, i dont believe the players are enforced to use sticks and heads of the sponsers companies, though many do because of the free equipment, joe walters will now prolly use the proton power, as he was seen versus ohio state in fall ball.

yea i agree with jack, mike powell used a finalizer with syracuse (brine) and johnny christmas used a evo pro for a part of his virgina career and there with gait. But since the gear is free if they go with there sponsered comapny..a large percentage of players use that company. and to answer your question, ive seen alot of protons and x2s because alot of colleges are with stx.

i belive the players need to have everything in school colors..and matching the team but i belive that most teams allow players to play with the stick they like so as not to mess up preference so a virginia player might need to use all of gaits pads in school color's or somthing and then he can have his liquid metal and evo pro...i'm not sure..thats just my guess

You can't really judge this, because in college, the most commonly used head is from whatever company sponsors the most NCAA teams.

In the MLL, you really only have Warrior heads to choose from. Nevertheless, the Evo Pro and Razer are by far the two most popular.

In college, if your team is STX sponsored, it's an x2 or proton (probably proton)

If your team is sponsored by Brine, you will see a lot of edge/e3's (can't tell usually from most angles) and cybers

If your team is warrior sponsored, then evo pro.

If your team is gait sponsored...meh. gait doesnt really have many heads, and they only have one team I can think of (UVA).

yeaaa most people use whatever head there sponsered by altho some do use different heads from the companies that don't sponser them i dont know many tho

but like lax101 said depending on who sponsors you they'll use the companys most popular and proven to be best products and for gait they mostly use Torque's cuz thats the only gait product that i deem decent but that one guy at syracuse use's a torque while john christmas used and evo pro soo it all comes down to the player and there playing style i guess

and if you guys notice, these guys arent using those super pinched, gimmickey, top of the line heads (for the most part). You dont see guys using fuses, or dueces. They use the older heads(proton, x2) because they are good and they are proven. Most players especially younger ones ( like myslef at one time) dont realize that sometimes older is better

if your college team is sponsored buy a certain company it doesnt mean you have to use their sticks. idk about mll though

as far as sponsership goes, I pretty sure you get stuff from your sponser for free and you can get other stuff with your own money.

I would say in the MLL, they mostly use Razers. Evo Pros come in second probably, and the Revo Pro is the choice D-head you see used. You also see the Finalizer, so the whole Prescision series are the most used set of heads.
In College, the Proton is usually used for Midis and Attack, and of course, the X2 is widely used in Midi and Defense.
