I hurt my right wrist at the muscle right at the base of the hand on the pinky side. This occurred after I took a shot, but the ball had fallen out.
Now here's my dilemma:
I have a camp this wknd, and I REALLY don't want to be babying my wrist. Does anyone know if there's anything I can do to kind of help the healing process before this saturday?
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
Steve

iceing it can only do good things. go to longs and try to find some kind of finger splint, those are allways good. good luck.

yeah, ice it and take anti-inflamatories. it always helps.

See if someone at the camp can wrap it for you. Worked for me when I had my ankle taped at a wrestling clinic.

Wont it being taped make it stiff and unable to cradle well?
