Proper Shooting Techniques [Archive]

I'm looking to get my shot speed up alot faster. Last time i was clocked at 66! :thumbsdow I want to be able to hit in 80's and possibly even 90's. What are the proper techniques for shooting and i how can i increase my shot speed? Any videos, pics, etc. would be helpful as well.

EDIT: I am 15, around 5'9" and 125-130 pounds.

Buy Mark Millon's Offensive Wizardry DVD. If there was ANY MLL or College player to copy (in terms of shooting and shooting styles), it would be Millon. He explains it extremely well and it is the most effective and proper way of shooting (this method won't piss off your coaches, and you'll see improvement immediately). He also did a tutorial for Inside Lacrosse once. Try to find that. It was in their Instructional Issue a year ago.

cuase depending on ur age u shouldnt be shooting 80s or 90s thts really good

high 70's is fast dude

80 and 90s are like godly

ok heres wht i do, fill and old or bad shaft with sand and do shots and play wallball
