i got a drill for ya. all you need is a wall and a goal or soemthing that looks liek one. while running throw the ball at the wall. catch it and shoot on the goal. (the goal is at an angle from the wall so its harder then it sounds.) you guys got some drills i could do to help my accuracy?

Hang SMALL not large water balloons from the top of your goal. ( they should be filled up of course lol) Hang them with different length strings, making some higher and some lower. Try to pick one and hit it on the run. (this also works with things like peices of cardboard and stuff)

yeah you can hang about anything, i just like water balloons because they explode. Its better than just watching a peice of cardboard swing after you hit it.

Classic boxlaX drill.....intentionally fire a shot wide of the net, catch your own rebound off the backboards, and then put it home.

Rochester Knighthawks actually used to use this as a real play. Junior would fire a wide shot to a spot where it would bounce straight back to Shawn Williams. This actually worked a couple times, because the crease D was looking for the loose ball, and Williams already had it and had the guy beat for a good look in close. I don't think it ever worked more than once in the same game, though......after the first time, the crease D partly ignored the missed shot and focused on clobbering the crease attackers.

One thing - if you're going to do this with a brick wall, make sure you're not too close to the wall when you throw!

LOL, i had a bad experience with that. Threw it at the wall than saw one of my friends riding his bike over to my house. Looked back at the wall and took it right in the nose. Bled for like an hour. Not very pleasant. Thats very good advice up there, listen to it. Rubber balls flying at your face tends to hurt.

Nose---one time throwin around the ball with my friend, he threw it at full speed, he can throw pretty fast...unfortunately his accuracy sucks, he hit me in the eye!....no joke, i fell on my knees and the eye that got hit started tearing like crazy, it felt like i was crying like a baby but my right eye was defective(wasnt crying lol)

I dont nkow why his accuracy "sucks" your head is technically in "the box"
sounds more like your catching "sucks"
sorry that was kind of mean

i have always learned to throw the ball at someones head. i know it sounds stupid but if they dont catch it its their fault
