My right arm (I'm right handed) is much stronger than my left in virtually every aspect. Now I know I'm right handed and so its seems not so weird, but it is. I was wondering what I should do about it. While lifting, should I use different weight for each arm? Increase reps or sets for the left arm?

Wrong forum.
What I do is when I lift i use free weights. So whenever im carrying 1 weight from one place to the bar or somethingl ike that i only use my left arm to carry those...it evens them out pretty much.

I think that's pretty normal. If you work both of them out with the same weight they'll even out.

Thats my guess.

Eventually they will. I fenced for 15 years and my right arm and leg were much stronger than sinister counterparts. I had to work out more to even things out, but the end results are definitely worth the work.

Use same weights, if you lift, they will "even out" don't worry it is completely normal. My traps, calves, and biceps are all differnt. No two muscles look the same. The strength will come though.

I'd switch hands for basic, everyday activities. Eat food with the left. Carry things with the left, etc...

Just start trying every day stuff with your left hand. If you have any light dumbells around the house, like 5 or 10 pounds, those are good too.

same thing here exept my left arm seems to have more definition than my right arm, even though i can lift about 2 times more weight than i can with lefty. its weird.

What u should do during your workout is say u are doing sets of 20 curls. do your set of 20 with one arm and do say 25-30 with the weak arm so 5 or 10 more

my right arm is much stronger. my arm pads fit easily on my left arm, but it takes me a while to get them on my right arm. My right arm is a lot bigger.

easy answer WHENEVER you lift dont use machines , use free wieghts and work on good form , and if your left is weaker it will have to do more work , so it will catch up

yeah pretty much on track, it is normal since ur right hand is ur dominant hand and even things like writing or holding something can increase ur strength over a long period of time...don't worry about it too much, just work both amrs out and you'll be fine
