Like the title says. Also this EXclude game time and time spent conditioning. Your response should represent an average weekly based practice of hours in a week over 7days. Oh and be honest.

Do a poll then we can compare better. Also i practice about 1-2 hours a day not counting conditioning thats shooting and throwing and doges.

Also if its a poll it wont get deleted.

Yeah but weekly divided over 7 days. to find average. So a compilation of all the hours u practice in a week divided by 7.
So if you practice 1 hours every day u do 7 per week so your average is 7/7=1
so if you do 4 hours a week u do 4/7 = a little more than half and hour.

Judging by the result and the amount of posts some people make. I have a feeling people here spend more time on this website then they do playing lacrosse.

my stick always with me pretty much while im at my house. I just cradle while i watch tv, cradle while i eat. My icon is no more than 2 feet away right now. It would be in my hand being cradled but it takes too long to type with 1 hand.

Usually about an hour or so unless there's a tournament/game that weekend or it's Winter League.

We have not-very-structured-or-tough practices once a week (but they started last week, and last week it was rained out so..they start Tuesday!) I try to get at least 30 minutes of wallball in a day, but swim season started and by the time I get home from practice, rest a bit and stuff, it's almost time for the sun to go down. So it's been tough.

Winter lax starts in 2 months though, so...!

Haha so true I do the same. I can't even tell you how often my parents yell at me for playing in the house. I set up my basement so that I can throw on the cement wall and its working fine so I'm expecting to give a good 1-2 hours a day. But ya my lacrosse stick and gloves are right next 2 me.. Mac Daddys !!! I've actually hit 100 throws against the wall without stopping and without dropping the ball. If I do I have to restart to one, its my policy. And I do it with both hands. And we're not talk cheap throws... I have to decrease my throwing speed in games otherwise my friends get pissed.

days like today i got in almost 7 hours, from 9-4:3 stopping for a trip to taco bell...but that all wasnt full out practice, we practiced a lot watched game footage, practiced some more ate, ran, strung a head & watched some more footage then finished off with some more practice

but then there are days where its only like an hr or 2 i get to play, so they probably balance out to 3 or 4 hours a day

second edit:& 3 hous would be actual practice, dont even begin to include day dreaming & TLF time cause then you'd add all the time im in school for & an hour or 2 for TLF :chuckle:
