What do you guys think of using a medicine ball. The tennis ball+lots of pennies thing but filling it all the way, or something heavy. Do you think it would help your wrists or what

What do you mean using a medicine ball? Like tossing it and catching it or what?

if u fill a tennis ball with pennies and like seal it to cradle and stuff with then that's not a bad idea...just be careful not too overdo it and pulls muscles and crap

I filled a street hockey ball full of pennies and just cradled my stick while I walked to school and it really improved my wrist strength, especially after a very painful wrist injury.

just the pennie and tennis ball trick is what seems to be the best.

what i do for hockey is take a tennis ball and fill it up with melted lead, which makes it weigh about a pound, and then go outside and hit it against a brick wall. (no garage doors!) it works really well and it improves my wrist strength. but be warned, i have all the materials to do this with, lead can be a very rsky thing to work with. another one that works well is take a tennis ball and fill it up with epoxy, which makes it weigh a little more that a lax ball. just a few suggestions.
