This is what I do when I go to the gym. Just an example of a work out.

Stretching (5-10 mins)

If your gym has a running track, run a couple laps (5 or so and walk a lap), if not go on an exercise bike with low resistance (5-10 mins)

Pick 3 muscles to work on (you can choose more if you want a more intense work out)

Example:

Biceps
Triceps
Traps

i got to http://www.shapefit.com/workout-routines.html and pick 3-5 exercises or you can use the one they suggest


30 mins of cardio

Stretch

Then the next day you go do somethingt hat you havnt done

Thats just what I do. Thought it might be healpful.

i dont do much,
School days- wake up 5:30 50 pushups, 50 situps, 15 minute bike ride, practice some lacrosse, shower and all that, go to school.

weekend-when i wake up 25 pushups 50 situps, few pullups,
screw around with exercise ball, 30 minute bikeride.

Warm-Up (Eliptical)
Stretch
Core
Balance (One legged Squat Touchdowns)
Power (Jump sticks on Bosu)
Jump back on Eliptical/ Treadmill
Strength (Biceps, Triceps, Chest, Shoulder, & Back)
Stretch
