Hi,

its currenly in the off season of lacrosse over here, and im trying to improve my cardio mainly. i jog cradling my lacrosse stik

i measure my cardio by the number of laps i can do around this oval near my place. but someting always happens: the day after i have a workout, my leg muscles are always slow to start up or sumthing. Like i find it hard and uncoordinated to run or ride and its like my muscles are still too tired.

Could someone please help me remedy this problem??

Warm-up on a Treadmill/Eliptical at a walking pace for 10-15 minutes
Stretch
once you've finished that, then go on your run

Hope this Helps

Perhaps you could simply stretch the sore muscles a lot before running, or maybe just don't run the day after your leg workout.

I train Lax athletes and here are some tips I that may help you
even though I do not know your training regiment.
Do you take a multi vitamin - This is always an important part of training

Also do you take any supplementation - you may want to go to the local GNC or health store and find a supplement that helps your muscles recover faster after a workout. There are numerous so ask at the store what they feel is the best

Another thing to do is switch from joging to sprint training and plyometic drills they work to build up muscular endurance

try this and tell me if it works
