Whats the best way to break in a duramesh goalie pocket?

pocket pounders work pretty well especially if you soak it in hot water first because it stretches out but then hardens when it dries. another good way is just to have someone shoot on you but have them keep it stick high so each time you can easily catch it. As long as they can shoot pretty hard but still accurate, that will stretch it out.

what i always do, its run the stick under just regular water and then i put a 5 pound weight in it and let it stay there for the night, then i go get shots and repeat every night untill i get the desired pocket depth
