Hey quick question, my friends gonna sell me his board and some other stuff. The question is the quality, its a Lamar Tagger, 157cm. Along with the board I'm getting some Airwalk boots, and some decent goggles of some sort, idk the brand. I'm paying $100 for all this, is it worth it? Also I tried finding a Lamar tagger 157cm online but all I could find was a junior, do they make a larger size? Thanks, just trying to make sure this is worth my money :dummy:

Tagger is an older board, retailed for around 100$ I think. Do you know how long it is? it might be the junior board. I dont think its made anymore, and im almost positive by looking on the internet that its a junior board.

lamars are good boards. they are handmad in the good ol' US of a. How old is the board? Is it in good condition? does it fit your height/weight/riding style? I wouldnt pay over 75$ for a used snowboard in medium condition. Dont buy it if it is too small or too long.

DO NOT Buy if it is too short. IT wont last at all. Put it up next to your body and if it goes between your nose and bottom of chin it should be fine. If your a beginner a little shorter is better, but too short and it wont last. Lamar's are good entry level boards, cheap and good performing

My friend said it was a 157cm. I'm 6'1". I don't really know how old the board is, but it has a binding that is a little whacked out, one of the straps on it is broken. But he's giving me boots and goggles, and they are nicer goggles since he was sponsored by a company that sells goggles. For $100 I'm thinkin its a fair deal if the board is long enough.
