Do you guys think this will cause more problems for the lions, or was dre bly just saying the things that everyone else wanted to say themselves?

joey harrington is terrible, they need to get over that he was a bad pick, and start over this year. They should lose the rest of there games; a lot of good qbs in the draft this year

you shouldnt talk about your teamates no matter what, you go through the same stuff, during parctice etc

it will not cause problems at all.... players need to come out with those things sometimes to fire a team up..... or it could bring them down terribly...i would have done the same

still it is your teamate...i bet joey harrington could have came back w/ something on the spot to fire back at bly...but he understands that this is a team...unlike bly who is thinking about himself...the NFL is overrun w/ people like this...dare i mention randy moss?

true but i think joey had it comming it was just bly who said it. i think a number of players in the locker room might have wanted to say something but bly just said it first. i think the lions should just get a new QB

It is possible players could have said stuff to Harrington in the locker room this is just a comment that got publicized. Also he never directly put Harrington down for you people who didn't see the interview. He said that if Garcia had been healthy for all this time they would be doing good. They need to draft defense for once. Sign a vet QB who can run this offense. Enough with these crappy offensive rookies.

Hey, back off Brees! Damn vultures. He's not off the Bolts yet. Sheesh.
Harrington may not be a very good quarterback...hell, he's barely a good towel-boy...but as LaxGoalie28 said, you don't talk about your teammates behind their backs like that. You keep that stuff in the locker room.

Sooner or later Brees or Rivers has to go.

Yeah I know. And while I have to face that reality next season, right now I'm just happy that my favorite QB is still piloting my favorite team. Not often I get to say that...

Yeah.. rivers will be gone during the offseason... the lions could use him... i think rivers could turn out to be a good quarterback

That thing he said was hillarious, Im suprised he didnt get fired like TO, it was pretty nasty haha, but he did speak the truth. I can see how he would be frusterated.

The Lions should hire Mike Martz, trade this coming years 1st round draft pick, add on to their defense. Next year draft Brady Quinn. Or if he declares this year pick him up. I think he'll be a pretty good QB and Martz would turn them into a great offense (I don't think he'll be coming back to the Rams next year).

Harrington is doing so badly, the Lions might as well throw in Orlovsky. He was a pretty good prospect at UConn, and they should evaluate him before the draft.
