today in school these two kids got in a huge fight over a basketball. the results were one kid got taken away by 4 cops. the other got sent to the ER with bad head wounds i dint see this first hand but word spreads fast in school. what fights have happeened at your guyses schools?

I think there have been only 4 or 5 fights in my 4 years in high school. It rarely happens and gets broken up quick.

At our pep rally (we have one pep rally a year, if we're lucky, not every week like they show on TV! :P) my freshmen year there was a fight during the second one (we had two the same day, since there were so many people in the school and they all can't fit in the gym, mainly due to freshmen class size.) Anyway, I'm not totally sure what happened, I wasn't there but I know people that were. There was a big riot basically, the security guards maced the students and the paramedics had to come and stuff. I heard a rumor that there was a gun involved too, but that wasn't ever confirmed. There were also a ton of rumors that there was going to be a big gang fight at the homecoming game, but nothing happened. Something sort of funny too: At the same time, or right around it, there was also a fight in the lunch room.

Due to that we lost all the soda machines during lunch (they're still off, two years later, and they removed the soda machines and just put fruitopia and dasani). Last year we were supposed to have one, but it was cancelled day-of because some kids had sex in the bathroom. This year we had one but there was a lot more security it seemed.

That's really the only fight that was out of the ordinary.

There's not that many serious fights at our school, but I do remember last year when one druggie threatened to knife someone on the football team and basically what happened was the druggie got all his goth/stoner/punk friends to back him up and the football player got everyone on football, wrestling, and some people from lacrosse (I backed him up too) to back him up and it turned into a really big deal. No one ever got stabbed, just threats basically, but there was a lot of nasty words exchange between the "jock and stoners" just like in movies, lol. Then a week later the stoner beat up a sixth grader, got suspended, when he got out, went after the football player who broke his nose. Later on, maybe a couple of weeks later, the same druggie and his brother got into a fight with someone else who absolutely creamed them. There have been some conflicts since, people in our school have almost divided totally since. If you wrestle or play lax, you usually hang with wrestlers and laxers, if you aren't into sports and do drugs, you almost automatically want nothing to do with an athelete. Other than that there have just been small fights and a couple of times people have set stuff on fire in the bathroom. Before I went there, there was a bomb threat, though, which is really severe obviously, but I know really nothing about it, anyone who would have made the threat is long gone by now, but I don't think they ever found out who it was. A little scary I think.

Pffft lots of fight's there have been like less than 10 in my 5 years here. The Kid who stabbed him with the fork has had the nickname "stabbey Lawrence" even scense though.

Also this one time this kid was gettting picked on by about few kid's, so he told his older bro who happened to be a complete nutjob so his bro and all his freinds came to my school on the last day of term (hardley anybody goes to scool on the last day of term) and went looking for the kid but they couldnt find him so they beat up a few of his mates then one of them punched a teacher or somthing like that and then they left.

In my freshmen year there was only 1 fight. The following year, my grade 9 principal left and there were 9 fights in the first 2 months. Shows something doesn't it? Anyways, we had two girls fighting at in the hallways. Some girls from my school and some girl from another. Then there is the usal gang fight. Thats the usal types of fights around my school. There were also two teacher-student fights.

Our school has the occasional fight, some do get pretty bloody. One school on the other side of town is notorious for fights, they actually had like 6 or 7 in one day the other day. And the principal even broke her wrist trying to break up one of the fights.

Last week this kid threw me into a locker and choked me, so I punched him in the face. The next day we were cool though, so it wasn't a big deal. There's usually 2 or 3 actual fights a year in my school. There was supposed to be one a couple weeks ago but the "big, bad gang leader" in the school backed down, so nothing happened. Pretty disappointing because he would've gotten destroyed.

We used to have nearly weekly fights.

Back then, it was done with honour though....If two guys had differences, they might agree to settle them with fists. So, they met, scrapped, and it was usually over after that. Friends only jumped in if they needed to save the loser from a severe beating, and only after the winner had been given his chance to make the win "undisputed".

Don't know what happened, but by the time my brother finished HS 3 years after me, it had all changed for the worse...... By then, if you picked a fight with one guy, 10 of his closest buddies would show up to fight, and some would bring weapons. (WOW, THESE G'S ARE BRAVE!)

I don't know where or when the swarmings and gang wars replaced honest schoolyard brawls, so I'm going just going to blame it on the George W. Bush Administration :grin:

we had a freakining huge gang fight at my shool. apparently some kid was talking crap to some other kid and they were rival gangs. so like it was ten vs ten at the end of the day and the bigger badder gang ended up calling ppl from other schools and it turned into this big knife/fist/chain fight when the other ppl arrived it was HUGE we ended up having to run inside the school and lockdown. and i got home at like 5:00 i usually get home at like 4:00

This kid that went to my school got jumped coming home from school, so he called his brothers that went to Michigan University, and they came to my school, and beat the crap out of the kids that jumped their brother. All the guy teachers were trying to break it up, and the kids ended up losing their Full-ride soccer scholarships due to the fight.

I heard about this kid on my old wrestling team. He got in a fight a few years back. The kid is an amazing wrestler and in 8th grade could bench 250. He's actually really nice , but anyways some kid was threatening his friend, who was very small. When we have fights, i guess theres always blood or something. One last year, this one kid was beating the crap out of another kid right near stairs, so the kid that was losing pushed him down. The kid had a ceasure. This week, some kid in the 8th grade pushed and pushed a kid in a glass. This kid that got pushed was in 6th grade and was a brother of my friend. Then the 8th grader punched another brother of my friend, who is pretty tough i guess. Now me and my friends are going to jump this kid to teach him a lesson. It happend friday and he went all the way across town because he knew that he was going to get jumped. He went into hiding like we were nazis.

Yea about 2 months ago we are playing our rivals in hockey. So im sittin on the bench looking across the ice and up into the stands. And all of the sudden everybody swarms to the top of the stands and I see people like jumping and fists going everywhere. This is all while the hockey game is still going on. The cops at the rink came up and they maced everbody that was fighting. The fight then moved into the parking lot and I was told my some of my friends that some kid was laying unconscience on the ground after some kid took brass knuckles to him. This was pretty much all of the biggest kids from both schools going at it.

And the year before, against clayton, after the game, probably like 8 players from each team met in the parking lot. A Clayton kid brought an aluminum baseball bat, and the first thing that happens is that he swings an d hits my friend in the nuts. He is out for the count. I'm not even gonna act like i was big and tough and kicked some dude's ***; I just got the baseball bat from the kid and threw it into this field next to the parking lot as far as I could. Then some kids that arent even on the team, but go to my school tackled 2 of these guys into a car just just beat the bejessus out of them.

The other day, I was in my guitar class when my buddy (hockey/lacrosse player) came in and stared playing. After a few min utes he said he had to go, ecause hiw dad was coming to pick him up.

Turned out that he had one-shot sime kid and made him cry after he got shoved into a locker. Not much of a fight, but funny nonetheless.

We've had our fair share, and something went down recently that was pretty major. We had a student die over the summer in a dirtbike accident. He was friends with most of the school, on the lacrosse team, well liked and all that. When he died his mom gave away some of his personal stuff to his good friends. Well this punk sophomore decides he's gonna write some very nasty stuff on the kid's backpack that someone had at the time. He almost got wrecked in the locker room after gym, then 5 minutes later in the lunchroom people were throwing water bottles at him, and he had about 30 kids all up in his face. That night people messed up his house, put a bat through his mom's car window, and if he's ever seen outside of school he will be severly messed up, no doubt. Who disrespects someones personal belongings, especially if that person is dead, and his buddy has his backpack as a keepsake.

We were going to a track meet one day when a bus full of field hockey players pulled up next to us. They all pulled down their skirts and we started a brawl to get a better view. It was hilarious - you had shot putters throwing the 2 milers in the air.

1) Sophmore year of HS: Freshman white girl who thinks she's "all that" steps to the wrong black chick & gets put through a cafeteria window. Hilarious to watch but then we lost the 15 minute break in between 2nd & 3rd period. Oh Well...

2) Senior year of HS: Last regular season lax game vs Kennedy HS. We were leading 8 to zip, I was on D having the type of lazy D-game you have when only your offense is playing, scrub/freshman middies are in, guy on the opposite team fall chasing our #1 attack, grabs him, and one of our Freshman middies runs over an knocks him off. Fight breaks out, benches clear. I wind up rounding up as many guys as I can before they can join the fracas and send them to the bench and somehow, while never coming within 30-40 yards of the actual fight I get suspended from the following playoff game (LaxRef assured me it was one of histories most horrible wtf calls)...I was called the Phantom Menace up until graduation.

3)Sophmore year of College: Oberlin Club Hockey (The Plague) v. College of Wooster @ Oberlin. Oberlin fans (and 6 foot tall paper mache penis team mascot) are viciously heckling the COW team. Wooster players decide thev'e had enough and enter the stands, and lose horribly in the ensuig brawl (possible the game as well, though no one really remembers that...)

I wouldn't say perverts so much as very, very, very open about sexuality, as evidenced by 2 school sponsored annual parties: Safer Sex Night in October and Drag Ball (considered one of the largest College parties ever, though declining in the past few years as well as being called the "Mardi Gras of the Midwest" by Rolling Stone magazine) in April.

Drag Ball is exactly that, you come in Drag (unless you're working, because no one wants to tear down a stack of speakers in a skirt... speaking of which I was usually in charge of monitoring at least one DJ rig & stack as well as the live video feed of the runway piped to tvs and projectors around the Student Union). It originally began as two seperate events, the Drag Ball which celebrated the Drag culture of gay Harlem and the Lezbutante Ball, which was a joke on coming out balls for young women, only this time emphasizing the "coming out" part. At somepoint they merged and featured the entire student union being turned in to a large dance club featuring several different DJs around the place, and a large fashion show/contest judged by professional/celebrity drag queens and kings as well as other b, c, & d-list celebrities who probably didn't know what their agents were getting them into. SOme costumes were very inventive and/or convincing. One college experience that will never leave is how good a Drag Queen ones roommate can become. Plus my senior year my friend Sarah went as me, fooled almost every member of the lax team who went. It was almost always held the Easter Sunday Eve, though it had no actual signifigance, that just happened to be the weekend selected.

Fights at my high school were random and violent. One year, a kid I know had his head smashed 10 times into the water fountain dispenser, and there was blood everywhere. A student teacher tried to intervene, but she got nailed, and had to go home.
The next year, a small harmless kid I knew got thrown through a window by a psychotic kid. The psycho was expelled, and the little guy was allright.

Most of the other fights were of an anti-semitic nature. There was a lot of adolescent racism/religious intolerance at my high school, since 99% of the kids were white, and there was absolutely NO diversity.

When I was in 8th grade in the locker room after school right before lacrosse practice. this kid you HAD A BROKLEN LEG fought this one kid. This kid who he fought was asking for it. Big class clown and kind of annoying. The kid with the broken leg like bashed the other kids face with either his crutch or his lacrossse stick. The kid who got beat had to get surgery or something. The kid with the broken leg didn't get in too much trouble ,a couple days out of school suspension because he was provoked. They were also both allowed to go to the formal (the end of the year dance).

I punched him in the face a couple times and fractured his nose and took out a tooth. then he threw a huge encyclopedia (sp?) at my head and thats all I really really remember. so yeah....

a couple years ago we had a huge fight at our school that our teacher (one of the awsome ones) told us about. apparently this kid started to get made fun of which happended alot and he stood up punched a kid in the face and went on a rage. so two teachers went over to him to try to stop him but he threw them on the ground. then he picked up a lunch table (ways about 70 pounds) and chucked it across the room. finally like 8 cops showed up and took him down.

one day this girl stephanie after class just walked up to a girl she didnt like and started beating the **** out of her she hit her in the face like ten times then this other girl came out of nowhere and started hitting the same girl, they both got suspended for 10 days(although it was a girl fight it was still pretty good)

Fights at my school are a weird mix of riots and mosh pits. It usually starts with two kids who don't like each other bumping in the hall then they argue and start fighting and their friends get into it. The some kid whose not even involved gets hit and him and his friends get in it... they're awsome... I try to get into them as much as possible.

Our school's fights are usally with some "dirty" kid or a couple of gangstas. What I don't like about how it happens here is if some kid really doesn't want to fight and he has told the other kid he doesn't want to. The kid gets jumped on his way to school or something. There is one kid who picks a fight with kids and ever time he gets knocked out in one punch. He is the one picking the fights too.

a few weeks ago my friend broke this kids jaw and sprained his neck in one punch. the kid was walking down the hall and straight into my friend, just to mess with him. of course my friend got pissed and this turned to that, 10 minutes later the kid is being rolled out of the school with a broken jaw and a sprained neck.

yesterday there was a fight at my school. A kid who was extremely stoned (probably the highest kid ive ever seen) got punched in the face by a kid about 5 2'. His nose started to bleed all over the floor. Everyone could tell he was stoned cuz as the assistant principal took him away he was laughing in a crazy sort of way, and his eyes were dialated. This was at like 7:30 in the morning. I dont know about everyone else, but i think that is way to early to fight.

One kid was just messing around and puched the other kid from behind and the other on took it serious so they started punching and one tackled the other and then bit his hand really hard and it was bleeding all over the place. Including a kid who got sucker punched twice while his back was turned the other way and withing the second and a half by the time he turned around, the kid who hit him was grabbed by a teacher already so the other kid had no chance to do anything in defense.[the hitter was 5 inches taller and a year older; Sophmore and a Freshman]
...That sucker punched kid was me...No worries though, I'm going to his house soon, You can't sucker punch.. Dang Women.

I know it would be, but you have to realize, I'm no pushover by any means and this kid is..well lets say I'm 154pounds, 5'9 and bench 190 now.
He is 138 or so, 6'1 and benched 150...I think I got him. And he's a stoner so if the fight last's longer than a minute his lungs will give out.

My freshmen yr we had an intresting fight. One kid on frosh football who is somewhat mentally retarded and another kid who was just a jerk and not well liked always got into verbal fights, goingback from 7th or 8th grade. Well the kid who was a jerk hits the other kid in the back of the head, well, the other kid turned around and just wailed on him. So basically this jerk lost a fight even though he hit the other kid in the back of the head from behind. Needless to say the kid who started the fight is no longer @ my school.
