Hey-
I'm new to lacrosse and I need shoulder pads. I want good pads that will last and are protective, but moveble. I'm going to play attack. So how are the Brine Rhinoskins? Are they worth it? And I know this isnt the right room, but what about arm pads, and a helmet?
Thanks

I play middie and use the rhino's. I love 'em. great mobility and protection that rivals most, not all, but most of the shoulder pads on the market. One of the biggest benefits is that they can be easily washed, so they don't smell like death.

rhinoskin is great... they give decent protection and awesome mobility... they're the only shoulder pads i'll wear anymore

The ones on Great atlantic dont look like they provide that much protection. Hows the chest protection on those?

I personally don't think you should spend like $100 on your first set of shoulder pads. I know kids that have been playing for a long time and use like $40 shoulder pads.

good, from what everyone says. THey felt a little stiff to me when I tried them on, but those were right out of the bag.

So what is better? Rhinoskin or Hitman's? Or is there a better pair out there?

If I played in the field I would wear them. They are nice and comfortable too.
