Can i use spraypaint to "dye" my stick, instead of dye, or does it chip too easily? Anyone ever try it?

Spray painting your stick isn't the smartest thing. The paint will chip off and look really bad.

yeah, even the spraypaint designed for plastics (called Fuse maybe?) didnt work, i think e-lacrosse tested it

Yea, never use spray paint. I learned the hard way. I tried to spay my eclipse blue, and it chiped then I sprayed it white, and thats chipping now too. You can see it in my webshots.

Yea spraypaint is a bad idea for heads and shafts...I just chips off after a few days or games.

If you were set on it, you could spray paint 5 or so coats 4 hours apart then however many coats of clear coat you want and it would look good and not chip, but after all that work, it's just as easy to use rit dye.

Yeah, it'd be chipped all over the place. When you use dye the head like absorbs the dye.

Spray painting is not the way to go since it chips and adds a lot of weight but i have seen a type of paint tahts used for plastic in the stoor and it looks like taht might work
on a side not i still have not found a good dye ive tried rit but it fades realy fast
