It has some resemblance with the sidewall and pinch. Also, its really cheap. What do yall think?

Thats what i first thought when i saw it, but i guess its a beginners head... so it will probably be weaker than the X2.

That is what I kinda thought but the X2 is mid-level head. And like what Marflax33 said the warpath is a beginner head.

Yeah, Cyclone did a mini-review, and he said it was really flimsy and not 1/2 as stiff as the X2. It truly is a beginner's head and is no where near what we originally thought it was going to be like. It also is really wide, so I would just not get one.

Nothing can replace the X2. That was just a great head, and the Warpath is a cheap beginners head that just happens to have a similar sidewall. It's like comparing the Proton to the Brine Ripper; similar sidewall, way differents quality.

Yeah, well when you pinch a head it does BECOME flimsier. Unpinched, and unaltered, the Warpath is a great head for D. Just because it's not as pinched as an evo pro doesn't mean its not a good D head...plus how do you beat 30-35 completely strung? I can't wait to get one and bust it out in the field this spring...

Ok. But what if you compare an STX AV8 to an STX Proton. Tell me the difference in those two heads.

Not fully sure what you're trying to say, but I just meant that just becuase two heads have similar sidewalls, it doesn't mean that they're the same. And to answer your question, the STX and AV8 have different sidewalls and slightly different quality levels. All they really have in common is pinch and offset. I really have no idea if that was a rhetorical question or not, because you probably know more about this stuff than me.

Quality levels? What are "quality levels"?
The heads are about identical in weight, stiffness, pinch, offset degree, and durability. Oh, and they have the same scoop.
My question was to disprove your comment about cheaper heads (that are made after a more popular head) being crap. The AV8 is certainly made after the proton and is a beginner head, costing much less. However, it's about the same in quality compared to a Proton. The Warpath is also a good D-Head, but once again, people are going to underestimate it because of its pricetag.

Okay, let me rephrase what I was trying to say. The Warpath has a similar sidewall to the X2. This doesn't make the heads similar in any way. Sidewall design means nothing. Example: Proton Power and Proton (this example should work better than my Proton-Ripper one). They are incredibly different, but have a similar sidewall. Also, for all I know, the Warpath might be just like the X2. I'm just saying that sidewall design means almost nothing when it comes to comparing two heads.
About my comparison between the Proton and AV8, they do have different sidewalls, but the quality difference might not be there. I might point out however that many college players were seen using the Proton this year, but I personally didn't see any using an AV8. By quality levels I meant that there are slight differences in shape and materials, but the differences are so slight that its pretty much unnoticeable.
Thank you for pointing out a flaw in my statement, I'll try to be more articulate in what I say next time. But also, how come you can say curses in your posts but us commoners can't?

Crap isn't a curse if that's what you're referring to.

Oh, okay. Didn't know that. So are we going by FCC rules or something? I know there was a thread on this, but it got closed.
