do you guys know of any ways to keep the palms on gloves soft? any advice would be appreiciated. :worship: :worship:

i put linseed oil on my baseball glove and its really good. cant see why you wouldnt be able to use it for the gloves.

about 30 minutes before you use them throw water on the palms, let them dry (not outside/sun). Then after your done slightly wet them and let them sit out, not in your gear bag. If you soak your gloevs right beofe using them, your shaft will get very wet and your shaft will slip out often.

i have found that fabric softener works very well. it also leaves a nice aroma for weeks to come.

my gloves stay soft as long as you play as much as i do u dont need anything to keep them soft.

Mink oil is the key man it also makes the palms last longer

mine werent soft when i bought'em, but i heaerd somthing about a microwave will work

i use linseed oil on my hockey gloves and baseball mitts, and i think it should work for a lax glove. for my hockey gloves, i put it on every week usually on a friday or saturday. wen i play my palms sweat, and then the sweat dries into the palm of the glove, and the glove becomes all hard and crusty. lol thats wen i put the oil on

Yep, and I finally used some of your voodoo paste and it worked wonderfully. It saved two pairs of gloves from being thrown away.

I believe it's "Cavalier" Mink Oil or something like that. It comes in a tin cylinder.
...You put it on the palms, obviously. And of course it works with synthetic palms-all palms are synthetic.
