My school's lax program is amazingly bad. Here all it is is football players that wanna keep in shape and hit people in the off-season. We get no school gear, one coach, and no respect. There are a few kids that are actually serious about lacrosse.

What should I do/What can be done(if anything)?

take everyone on your team to a game, get them to buy there own tickets n take them to a good game. it's some of the most amazing stuff ever. i used to play basketball to keep in shape, the freshman year my coach took us to a uconn syracuse game, n then i dedicated my high-school career to it.
