wow horible thread... SEARCH... and theres no k in macdaddy....
Wow horrible post. And spelling. And don't tell kids to search.
Moving on, I would say read some reviews both here and on www.laxnation.com
Also, many people here know more about equipment than you could imagine. I would suggest going to a store to try on some gloves, because this is really just personal preference.

If you want something nice get some defts. Those are godly. and if you want something sexy, IMO try out the new MP exodus'. I have heard they are amazing.

I'm not sure if you just threw in the wrong link, but that's to some Brine Fire girls gloves.
Call me crazy, but I don't think it's cool to walk on a men's field sporting some baby blue gloves that your little sister or girlfriend could also be wearing.

try the warrior studs. theyre like a perfect cross between the Superfreaks and The Mac Daddys. Also Defts are a good choice.

I would say you can find the best gloves ever in the search bar.
But, if you already have Mac Daddys and don't want to buck-up for the ltd's, then get G-Forces, I-Pros, or maybe the Exodus if you like Brine gloves and the even more constricting than Superfreaks feel.

I work at a lacrosse store and they have the Limited Edition MacDaddy's...they are amazing. I don't even play boys lacrosse and just tried them on. They are so soft and comfy..If I were a boy I would have to wear them because I don't wear gloves now and think they are super annoying/uncomfortable
edit...but they cost 300 bucks

Uh, yeah, I play women's lacrosse, and most girls don't wear gloves. Maybe it's a regional thing (I do play in Arizona), but ljlax said she doesn't wear gloves either. Most girls actually won't wear gloves unless required to and/or used to them.
And I just was confused about the segue from talking about men's gloves (you specifically recommended gforces and superfreaks) and then turning to women's gloves.

Would you really like to know what the best pair of gloves ever really is?
Let me tell you.
The ULTIMATE pair of gloves for a lacrosse player are, *drum roll*
The ones that fit and are comfortable to play in.
I am usually one of the contributors to the Forum who would at least offer a suggestion, but over a matter like gloves, this really boils down to what works for you, not what works for someone else.
Although this is not an English class, more's the pity, I know that the Moderator's have done their best to encourage us all to at least post clear thread and discussions with no "IM-speak". Would you say to your friends "lol" for example?

I lol 2 my frends all tha tyme. Fo realz.
Sorry. Couldn't resist.
But as for gloves (or any equipment for that matter), I make a point of it not to ask people for suggestions. Because if I do that, I might as well ask them to just pick my wardrobe and meals for me too. By the way, I love hyperboles.

Wait.. What's wrong with women's lacrosse?
Yeah..pretty much everyone I know agrees that Super Freaks are as good/better than macdaddy's and cheaper..
But I think all gloves are annoying....

If price is not a factor why wouldnt you get limiteds? By the way, Why dont you have a price restriction on warrior equipment? One of my friends has Limiteds, and they are sooooo nice and flexy. I would go for it, especially if price is no issue.

Yeah, I only know of one girl on my team that wears gloves. And she actually plays well. I don't know why she wears gloves though.
And I play goalie. So I wear gloves. Giant Voltron-like goalie gladiators. But they're sweetass and custom colored.

My dad sold the warrior wharehouse in Michigan directly to Kevin Warrow (Mr. Warrow lives in Michigan near me and that is why the Michigan Warrior Lax Jam Is 10 Mins from his house). Some of you may know who he is the senior owner of Warrior lacrosse. Anyway because my dad sold him the building he knows my dad. When I started lacrosse (sometime last year) He outfited me with Warrior equipment with a very very reasonible discount. I still have that discount when I would like to buy new stuff. I am getting some extra christmas money and I wanna buy a 2nd pair of gloves.
If you don't believe me think about it I got no reason to lie. U can ask me stuff bout him idc
He was telling me about the whole reason they have titanium lax sticks and how it was his idea that formed Warrior. His son was in college and and played lax for his college team. He would always tell Mr. Warrow about how he would break his shafts monthly. Mr Warrow asked his son to send give him one of the broken shafts and he did. After a while Mr. Warrow gave his son a new shaft and he had a spechial made titanium shaft. Knowone could break it (in a game or in play that is i am assuming he didn't go into detail.). In short Mr. Warrow formed the company Warrior lacrosse and that is how the one of the greatest lacrosse companys we know came to be.

i got the mikey powell exodus gloves and they are awesome i used to use rpms for a really really long time and i tried macdaddys but didnt like them. the exoduses are really snug and comfortable. and they rarely get that crusty dry feeling that most gloves get when you first put them on after using them a couple days before.

alright, basically, the STX G-Force Gloves are amazing. at first they feel a little big and bulky, but once you break them in, they are 100% worth every little penny you spent on them. i am thinking if you already have mac daddys, and you are looking for more gloves, you can shell out an extra 150 for the gforces. the protection is great, and they are...dead sexy.

Brine defts are pretty good, they are super flexible in my opinion, however, they do lack protection in the thumb sometimes. I've also heard that gladiators and g forces are both pretty sweet protection and flexibility wise.
