so ive learned that these arent great heads, according to this forum. but can u pull out the control x things and pinch them, then would they be good?

If you are going to do that to the Edge-X, why don't you just get an E3 ?

Yeah, you could get Edge-X's from Great Atlantic for 30$ a pop. If you could take off the fingers and pinch it, you'd save 40 bucks, rather than buying an E3.

Prophecy isn't bad if you take the 'fingers' out and then drill some new sidewall holes in the head... It voids the warrenty but it makes a pretty mean stick.

both the heads are pretty bad,but if you did that they may be ok,but if you can get for cheap,your choice...

yeah prophecy is only 20, if i get that or edge x anyone know how i take the control fingers off?

I think they are guled on or something, but I'd go with the edge x, because the prophecy seems to be pretty flimsy where as the edge x is pretty stiff.

i'd get the edge X and you can just rip em off im pretty sure i wouldnt really recomment either but whatever

I believe if you heat it up with a hair dryer it might take them off. If that doesnt work just start pulling.
