Before when i was little the past owner of my house who passed in my bedroom used to make rockin' chair noises but there are none in my house, and my neighbor's dog barks at window b/c the past onwer used to sit their but he barks when non one is in the room.

ive seen them. i took a picture of a mirror in an old house in cape may(seaside resort in NJ) and when it was developed, there was a baby's face. also, a lake in one of the shore towns is haunted by a baby who drowned, and from time to time, it will show up in pics. Its actually near where Orange and Phish go to school

I've seen one. I was in some haunted restaurant/bar type thing and a woman started to walk up stairs that weren't there. Than we heard this weird knocking on the wall and the ceiling started to shake. Crazy stuff.

No, I don't. I think that ghosts are figments of our imaginations when we hear of scary stories or are in certain histoically-haunted areas. I guess I think of ghosts similar to how mirages happen to stranded people in the desert.

When I was little at our old house I used to see feet, just feet. And in my current house, I guess maybe 5 years or so ago now? I don't know how long, I came down the stairs and saw someone sitting on my couch - I beleive it was my great uncle (previous owner of the house.) When I was in elementary or middle school my mom and I were talking in the kitchen and the trashcan opened and closed.

At my moms house she grew up in, there was a former guy from the Mafia or something that had no head. I don't fully remember the story, but she had a few different ghosts in that house apparently. One thing that happened was that the toilet randomly would flush.

She was also at a party once and she saw this little man inside the lamp warning her that the lamp was going to explode, and, it did and the table caught on fire.

i used o see ghost, when i was litte and my grnadpa died id see him alot, its rare now, but my mom would always hear me crying and come in to see if im ok and id tell her i just saw grandpa....she would wake up and see him sitting on the foot of her bed.. crazy stuff, kinda wierds me out at times. but its cool

I have seen a few, i actually saw a whole family of 4 sitting in my grandmas livingroom, a guy a woman and 2 kids. her house is like 50 years old.

Im wierd and into supernatural stuff, and i am to the conclusion that ghosts are peoples "oras" which are energy fields that surround a body, and when the body is gone all you can see is the ora which the body once housed.

A lot of you are just hearing things. My toilet sounded as if it had been flushing many times the last couple weeks. So I took of the top and fixed it. No ghosts, guys. Do I believe? Not sure, but it is possible. I guess I'll have to find out.

i saw one. and i wasnt high or drunk or nething, the other people around me saw the same thing. I was camping and our camp site looked over a huge field...i mean huge like 50-60 football fields could fit in the area. Well it was about 2AM and me n my friend were sitting around the fire alone, and i was staring at the fire and in the corner of my eye, i could see this white figure walk across the field about 150-200yards away. Nobody walks across that field ever, and it was something because i turned my head a little and it was walking on one side across, then the next it teleported to the other side. It wasnt a person bc they had no flashlight, and the whole body was like a blueish white\gray, i mean the whole body and u could see it walking like the legs moving. Just weird that it was walking alone with no flashlight whole body being one color, and one second it was walking and the next it teleported to the other side. Quietly i told my friend to slowly look and he saw the exact same thing. Im not lying about this, i wish i had a camera to show ya how friggen scary it was

The apartments I used to live in was built on an ancient indian burial ground tey actually had to stop construction 'cause they were finding old potter and some bones that were apperantly human. We lived on the second floor and we SWEAR we can hear indian drums, no kidding. we also had moving glasses and other objects, I had a dog who would not walk in the hall for the life of him, my cat too. their fur would stand on end and they'd start growling and going crazy, weird... there's more too.

the first house i lived in was 100 and somthing years old ( i read an article in the paper about and some old school lax player lived there b4) and some wierd stuff happened. when i was really little i would always see this person walking into my room and in the morning i would ask my mom who came into my room and i would decribe her, and it turns out a previous owner who had died fit the description.there was also alot of doors opening and closing that were shut all the way, and hearing people walking around. in some photo's taken in that house if you look in the mirrors you can see things ( ill try to post a few). also my mom lived in old houses all her life and she had some crazy stories about ghost like whenever they would paint this one bedroom there would always be baby footprints/handprints on the walls and a baby died there.
if i think back there is a logical explaination for some of the things like it being an old house and the walking noises could have been related to that. but i can still remember that person walking into my room. so im not sure if i believe ghosts, it really creeps me out thou.

I dont really believe in ghosts. As much as I will get scared if I go into a "haunted" house, I just dont believe in them. I have never seen one and I believe its all mind games.

Yeah, no. Quiet possibly the most ignorant statement I've ever read on this forum. You can prove that ghosts are fake just as much as I can prove there real, but just because I can't prove there real doesn't mean I'm a stoner. But wait, I saw a ghost once in a place where many other people have seen them, this must mean I'm on drugs. Please.

And you've already posted your belief once in this thread, whats the need for another? The edit button is there for a reason.

I totally believe in ghosts. I stayed in this one house, and when I was home alone, I heard noises coming from upstairs, when I was downstairs. Plus, I smelled somthing funny, and I had not passed gass. If this isn't conclusive evedince to support ghosts, I dont know what is! LOLOL

Hmmm...your right I should have used the edit button. But it just seems weird that you have and other people have seen ghosts. And that to see one all the laws of physics have to be broken.
