After seeing the thread title I thought everyone would be talking about how its a hoax. I hear the ad all the time on the radio and didn't think much about it until me and a few other guys got on to the subject with out coach (weird I know) and he said that he heard it was a hoax and they make fake documents and its never really recorded. I mean think about it is there really that many stars with no names and what gives this company the power to name these stars? Just a thought.

Yes there are that many stars. Theres enough for like everyone in the world to have like a million.

Wow what's to come next? Water molecule registration? Single body hair registration? Rice grain registration?

And the company can reuse the stars if they wanted to. Who's honestly going to try and verify something like that? They'll never get caught.

It's not about verifying boys. It is about the idea of it, giving one the ablilty to be among the stars. I think its an awesome gift, and I bet you guys who say that "who can or will verufy this" are the same people who way over analyze books, and your lives. It's all about the thought.

Who's to say you "own" that star just because you paid some guy to say you do. I guess it's an okay idea, but I'd definately never get that for anyone and I'd hate receiving that. Like no one owns the universe and if you saw someone selling planets on an infomercial wouldn't you think that was weird? Just seems akward.

(I know he's not selling the stars for you to say you own it, but still basically the same concept.)
