I spoke to T Uren, and he wants to make a team too.
The teams need to be in soon.

Went on the Lax Victoria site, they didnt get many teams...
And... I cant find any U 15 or 17 mens teams...

Only 2 teams in under 17's and 2 teams in under 15's registered to play the summer comp. I don't think people were interested in travelling to Footscray in peak hour traffic to play the same team six consecutive weeks. The VLA should try and get a junior box comp going...utilize the box surface at Altona, and fewer players needed to fill teams. Plus. it's more exciting to play!

That's what we are doing over here in Adelaide. We've got a 4 team comp starting this Friday. Last 2 Fridays we had a couple of really well attended pickup games.

Would love to get a state team together and play against Victoria and NSW (yep, they have a box team)

My mate was telling me about the NSW box lax team...
I seriously didnt think NSW had any teams.

lacrosse isn't big by any stretch in NSW, at least for men, but what they do play there is box and there has been a league going on at the rocks in sydney for a number of years now

That's a shame though, as I'm sure you guys would love it. You also have a number of great venues due to the popularity of inline hockey in Perth.
