What is STX thinking?

Now, I was at my local lax store the other day and I took a gander at this mutant of a head. Is this legal? Good for face-offs? It even looks like it would be a pain to indian pickup. I just dont get some of these wacked out designs (oracle is not as weird but still...c'mon) :dummy:

its ugly but iv heard its a very good stick for shooting and passing
i'm sort of surprised tho...it seems like the sides would get in the way of a pass...like if u tilt the stick wrong while throwing the ball would get caught

To straighten this out it is a good head. I used it a few days ago and it is great for shooting. So I think STX was thinking 'Hey, lets make a good head' and they did. And after seeing it in person it isn't a half bad design. Do you want a pretty stick that doesn't work or a ugly stick that is great.

I have always hated the STX Arrow for its appearance, but lacrosse is not a fashion statement. If the head holds up in battle, can be strung well, then I say it must be a good head. It just isn't the head for me.

i played with this on a long pole for a little bit a couple months back. i have to say that you can really string this head with no whip at all. i like whip so i didnt love the pocket that much but i loved the scooping abilities and it is light as hell. its not always about looks...

the stick itself is nice, you really dont have to make any adjustments to your playing style because of the wings or the smaller scoop. Put it on any light shaft and its terrific, I wouldn't reccommend it to any d-men or middies, but definitly to an attackmen.

pretty pretty please use the S.E.A.R.C.H in the top left...pretty please...for me? anyways i just baught one, its really nice, i can one handed indian pickup, i guess you just need skill? lol but really i have only been able to pass once or twice with it but this friday im playing in a pickup league and i will get a better feel for it then. all i can say so far is that i find the factory job(power V not rail mesh) dosent feel like it has alot of hold and that it would roll out of the widened part, but i will decide if i wanna put my monster mesh in??? after friday

Just wondering but why is this in the NLL/Canadian Boxla section? Shouldn't it be in the equipment section? And I've seen threads on this already.
